A small, woman-owned management consulting firm founded in 1998, APCG joined ICF International in January 2007 to expand and strengthen its services within the firms’ complementary areas of expertise: Strategy & Planning, Enterprise Performance Management, Transformation & Change Management, Human Capital Management, and Strategic Communications.
