Our Mission

Committed to public service, co-founders Kimberly McCabe and Ngozi Irondi launched APCG out of a shared desire to apply their extensive commercial and government experience to the field of public-sector management consulting. Kymm and Ngozi's vision for APCG was to establish a creative and collaborative business environment where team members could flourish professionally while balancing the demands of work, family, and career.

APCG's mission is to realize this vision while helping organizations develop and implement strategy, improve enterprise performance, manage change, support employee growth, and effectively communicate.
