Roadmapping allows a team to plan for the linkages, alignment, and timing to implement organizational strategies and achieve organizational goals.  Furthermore, it explores different alternatives to meet evolving customer needs, as well as the timing of potential new services, service features, and technologies.  Our roadmapping process takes a systems view of the organization and results in the creation of a visual display of the organization’s journey into the future, including the identification of potential risks.
