During the first phase of establishing a change management program for the Defense Enterprise Accounting and Management System (DEAMS) Functional Management Office, the APCG team developed requirements, clarified client expectations and developed deliverables to support the initial start-up of the change management program.
The team worked with the FMO management team to conduct a stakeholder analysis and segmentation, execution of a change readiness assessment, identification of key roles and responsibilities document, and the drafting of the Change Management Strategy and Action Plan.
