OSD Comptroller, Defense Working Capital Funds (DWCF)

For the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Comptroller, the APCG team led a strategic communications effort to create a comprehensive web site to serve financial management communities of interest within DoD. The site, called the OSD Comptroller iCenter, was part of a change management effort to educate the financial management community about the role and benefits of Defense Working Capital Funds (DWCF) as well as provide a single source for financial management information.

The team led the iCenter branding effort, creative concepting, information design, content architecture development, and awareness building within the DoD financial management community. This effort also involved significant marketing of the site, following deployment, to help the iCenter become a well-adopted resource within DoD.
