APCG Helps Government Leaders Better Measure Performance of Homeland Security Initiatives

Dr. Susan Collins, Senior Consultant, presented a workshop entitled, "How To Use Results-Based Metrics To Introduce Greater Objectivity Into Your Performance Management Process."
The workshop was presented as part of the Advanced Learning Institute's National Forum, Performance Measurement for Homeland Security Initiatives, held July 19-21, 2005, at the Doubletree Hotel Crystal City in Arlington, Virginia.
